Global settings

I've just starting with CMSMS 2.2.8 and created content on my site.
However, I am finding that all pages are being generated with IP addresses. Is there a Global that creates/generates using my domain?

Pages aren't generated with IP's or domain names. The cms uses the file index.php to serve all content, with a url parameter to determine which content page should be loaded.

IP's and domains names are the realm of your server, not the CMS.

If you're talking about the urls it might be that the web server is not properly configured.

It is possible to force CMSMS to use a specific root urls for internal links (menu etc)
