We need to add Google Authenticator on CMSMS Admin after currently login functionality.
I have no idea how to do it, do you have an idea?

CMSMS 2.2.x has no mechanism to allow third party code to tie in to the admin login system.

That is hopefully changing in CMSMS 2.3. I am revamping the login functionality again to allow for a third party 'login module'. I am doing this because of the need for U2F-fido security to authenticate to the admin panel.
