Hello Forists,
I have a CMSMS updated to v 2.1.5 in February, which was working fine, and got all of a sudden an inaccessible front- and backend. The error message in the backend is
Fatal error: Call to undefined method OneElevenTheme::ShowShortcuts() in /home/www/admin/index.php on line 42
and in the front end:
ERROR: at line 127 in file /home/www/lib/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php:
Message:
Unable to load template tpl_top '2'
I did not change anything adminwise since then.
I deleted /temp/cache and /temp/template_c, but to no avail.
The site has 2 admin-accounts, which both have been changed to the OneEleven-Theme.
Does this error message look familiar to anybody?
Do you have any hints, where to look further?
Strangely, some files on the actual site are older than their counterparts in my latest backup. This indices, that may be some files from an earlier version have found their way into the installation.
Actually, I had this very same error message 1 1/2 years ago, before the update, which also hints that some outdated files are doing harm here.
Also, in the /admin/index.php, there is the line:
#$Id: index.php 7396 2011-09-15 12:57:25Z rolf1 $
which isn't exactly what should be there.
I would greatly appreciate any constructive hint. - Thanks
