Administering the site. Wanted to edit the home page but could not, said it was locked by my own admin account (there is only 1 admin account). I was quite possibly editing it in another browser tab earlier, I keep several open when administering a site.
I think "Ah! I have forgotten to switch off locking!" Go to Settings - Content Manager and change expiration and refresh to 0.
Back to Content Manager page - page lock is still there.
Logout in an attempt to clear the lock. (I had forgotten about the Options > Clear all locks in Content Settings drop down).
Try to login again and I see this on a white screen at the URL admin/ajax_lock.php?showtemplate=false:

I then remember about the Options > Clear lock in Content Settings drop down, so all sorted but I thought I would post the odd message.
And can we (please) have page locking default to off? I would say the vast majority of CMSMS installs would not need the locking function from day 1 at least.
