We are experiencing errors occurring on a website after automated tasks are carried out.
The error messages state "Unable to load template module..." and references various modules within the site. The modules which are displayed in the errors are Gallery, Uploads and LISE.
When the error occurs the site does go down, as well as the error messages being displayed in the Admin Log.
When logging back in, the username and password are refused and a password reset has to be carried out.
To fix this, we can clear the cache within System Maintenance, however, this issue appears to be underlying and does regularly repeat.
Advice of this situation would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Errors Occuring After Automated Tasks
Re: Errors Occuring After Automated Tasks
You're not the first person to report this, we're currently trying to recreate it predictably. What is the automated task that is triggering it? Are there steps you can take to make it happen manually?
Not getting the answer you need? CMSMS support options
Re: Errors Occuring After Automated Tasks
We've been unable to recreate. It appears to be something related to the cache, as when this is cleared, the error resolves. However, it is odd that we cannot login following an error.
Automated tasks which cause the errors are:
UploadsCleanupExpiredTasks
Uploads\clean_tmp_files_task
