Updated mobiledetect after chrome update

Updated mobiledetect after chrome update

I noticed Chrome had an update, after which all my sites that use the 'mobiledetect' class displayed the mobile version on desktop Chrome. I updated the mobiledetect script with the latest Github version and include it here.

RENAME TO .PHP

Thanks - I had been trying to figure out how to fix this as the Chrome update has been breaking my sites.
