After much searching and trying everything in the wiki, I have been unable to get the additional editors to work. When a user is added as an additional editor and the page saved, when you return to the page the user is no longer highlighted and they cannot edit that particular content.
The website was upgraded from CMS 1.4.1 "Spring Garden" to 1.6.5 and finally to 1.6.6.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
