I just installed site map made simple. It is showing only the pages that are linked on the menu, i was wondering if it was possible to show all pages, including the ones not in the menu?
Thanks hope this makes sense.

Re: Site Map Made Simple - Show All Pages
If the Show in Menu option is not checked, it won't show up in the sitemap either.
One workaround might be to give all of the pages that you don't want in the dropdown a prefix to the alias. Then you can use the excludeprefix option for the {menu} tag.

Sean,
what would you want to achieve by having pages that are NOT shown on the site, still be crawled by search-engines? If those pages are relevant for searches to land on, wouldnt they be relevant to show in the menu as well.

They can be shown, but not in menu, just as links in the page...
For example, you've got a long list of subpages, then it's not very convenient to use it in menu... but on another page, you want a menu in the same level as the links in the first page.
