No menu appearing after logging in as site administrator

Post by lowriejohn »

This seems a simple enquiry. Our site has been fine for years but a few weeks ago when logging in to add updates, the page opened with the usual header, etc, but no menu - just a blank page. No error code. Grateful if anyone can sheld light on wehat we can do about it. The site still opens OK to be viewed, but we can't update it. http://mondulkiri-centre.org Thanks

A system overview would help, but that might not be possible. Some modules require php 7.3. I would verify this as a start.

I would guess that your host has upgraded PHP or something, and your site is running an older version. If you can at least tell us which version of CMSMS you're using it would help. The more info the better.
