During upgrade from 1.9.4.2 to 1.10 beta 3 I get this error in step 6 :

Fatal error: Class CMSForm may not inherit from final class (CmsObject) in /var/www/vhosts/{domainname}/subdomains/ontwikkel/httpdocs/modules/CMSForms/lib/classes/CMSForm.class.php on line 374

Can you try with latest SVN Version, there were some fixes done yesterday.

This won't be fixed. The module author is aware and will be releasing a new version of the CMSForm module I would think.
