[fixed] Some spelling/grammar errors on installation screens

Initial Install Screen
"This does effect in this process and your admin user preference"
Should be either:
"This has effect in this process and your admin user preference"
or even better:
"This setting affects the install process and sets your initial admin user preference"
Page 5 Timezone section
"Please select your servers timezone, this is not a display setting, but is used in arithmatic related to dates."
Should be:
"Please select your servers timezone, this is not a display setting, but is used in arithmetic related to dates."
