You no longer get the message about CMSMailer not being configured after the install. Is this on purpose? or a bug?

to allow modules to lazy load, notifications from modules (including CMSMailer) are now run through the psueodcron mechanism.
Which means they'll update whenever pseudocron executes.. when this execute depends on your psuedocron granularity, and when the site is accessed.
