If E_DEPRECATED is enabled, the message during the install is:

Testing error_reporting to ensure E_DEPRECATED is disabled...
You have 8192

Which is a bit confusing.

Yes, it is. But since we didn't want to rewrite the whole testing functions stuff for CMSMS 1.10 we decided to live with it.
