CMSMS 1.10 Beta4 is Available

Well, there have been quite a few changes since beta3 ... lots of minor little fixes, and tweaks here and there. So we thought it was worth issuing another beta.
We've made some changes to the News module, the CmsPrinting module, and to the CMSMailer module, as well as some changes to the admin theme stuff, config classes and other things.
There are a few issues related to MicroTiny that are out of our control (without having to write our own plugins, which is out of scope for a beta).
The only problems we are experiencing now seem to be with modules. Many methods and classes in the API are now 'final', 'private', or 'protected' (and more to come). This is a leftover from the PHP4 days that didn't have a decent object model. It will give us the freedom to modify things in the API going forward without (after a period of pain) hurting modules too much.
We are now still hoping for final release on the 22nd of October, but if we get serious noise from module developers we may delay that a bit.
