MAMS - some users need to log in regularly

Post by rotezecke »

I use MAMS for company employees and it works well for all those who sit at a desk all day. however, some are actually moving around (in vehicles) and they regularly get logged out. i can see in the logs repeated and consecutive logins (without a logout, over a few minutes) from our mobile users. I was ensured by those users that cookies are in fact enabled. They are using tablets and phones, both iOS and Androids.
MAMS session time is set to 3600s and i have enabled "cookies to keep logins alive". there is also some random name/value in the "Remember Me" cookie field. There are no forced logouts. Is there anything else I could try to keep logins active?

Thanks
