Was having problems with the FEU upgrades, so reinstalled the entire site, including FEU. Running fresh install (ported data from previous DB) of CMSMS 2.2.13 and FEU 3.2 with PHP 7.2.27, running on Apache/Linux with MySQL.
FEU installs fine, but when I migrate FEU from previous install directly to the DB, the admin area gives me basically a blank page, with no formatting and just the text "Users
User History
Admin
User Properties
Groups"
When I try to install new users one-by-one, it does not allow me to the 2nd details page to enter User Properties. Even after user is created, clicking on their name and 'next' does not give me access to properties.
Also, selecting 'Import Users' results in an unformatted blank page.
On the public side, the single user I created can log into protected content, so the module is working in that respect.
Any help is appreciated.

php error logs may hold clues. also, another user suggests a fix to the import part in the bug reports http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/bug/list/1 ... osed=false
