NMS users and lists invisible

Post by Andrew Prior »

I have 2.2.12 just upgraded from 2.2.10. I cannot see my users or my lists. This has been so for some time. I can see that I have three pages of users and can use the << < > >> arrows to change from blank page to blank page. When I send a message, the lists show up to be chosen. I can add users with the normal interface, but not see them. I can then create jobs which are sent sucessfully

After upgrading to 2.2.12 I uninstalled and deleted NMS and then reinstalled. I imported the user list (which had exported perfectly.) But I can not see the users. If I wish to delete or ammend a user, or check if someone is in the list, I have to go into the database via phpMyadmin.

Does anyone have a suggestion for next steps. My set up is below. No new modules have been added since long before this problem.

Thanks

Tip: check you're not using a module_custom template to override the default.

https://docs.cmsmadesimple.org/customiz ... -templates

It's just a wild guess.
