LISE import/export encoding issue

Hello,

I have a LISE module with different fields which contains english, ukrainian and russian symbols.
If i do export - english is fine, but cyrillic chars transform to "??????????????".
So I can`t normally export and after import a items.

My DB have a "utf8_general_ci" encoding.

After small investigation I found two files "action.admin_exportitems.php" and "action.admin_importitems.php" in "/modules/LISE/framework/" directory
