Hello,

I'm trying to use CG Betterforms to send a form with an image as an attachment. The email is sent correctly. But the image is displayed as a link. I would that the image is shown as an image and as link.

$cv is the image

I don't think the module includes that option by default. You could embed it in the message or have it as a link (as you've done), but you'd need to request/sponsor a feature to enable image attachments.
