CGFeedback action="summary" error

After updating a CMSMS form 1.12 to 2.2.8 we had a strange error.

Pages only shows the first piece of the </__body>
<head> section was gone and a last piece of the body was gone.

After some tweaking we found out that the module CGFeedback causes this error.

If we remove the tag of this module the website works fine.
If we simple please {cms_module module="CGFeedback"} it also works fine. But as soon as we use action="summary" it goes wrong.
So if we place {cms_module module="CGFeedback" action='summary'} we getting the same errors as discribe above.

Enable debug in config.php and try again
