Gallery not showing comment

Post by mjaneparker »

I am having a problem with the Gallery not displaying the comment. I have successfully added a comment to the subgallery called "restless" but I can't seem to get any other gallery to display a paragraph type comment about that particular gallery. My website is maryjaneparkerart.com.

I have tried deleting a gallery and re-adding it. The info I want to display shows in the admin page but does not display in the public site.

Thanks for your help,
Mary Jane

It looks to me like the other galleries are showing a comment too - "Collection" has one, for example. Perhaps just a caching issue?

After I posted this I changed from Litebox to Fancybox and the comments started showing up. Not sure what the issue with Litebox is. But if they work with Fancybox I guess that's okay.

If you were curious you could compare the two templates, the Litebox one may have a typo or just not include the comment, but would be easy enough to add.
