Form Builder -- Error on Save to Flat File Disposition

Have been using Form Builder "save to flat file" disposition without problem for a long time, but lately am getting the error message:

Sorry! There was an error handling your form submission.

Of course, nothing is getting written to the flat file. Have checked the directory permission and it is 777 for the target directory. Removing the "save to flat file" disposition from the form eliminates the error. The "send results to email address" disposition works fine.

This has been fixed a while ago in SVN, I just didn't yet have time to cut a release. I'll try to release a fixed version in the next few days.
