I want to create a form that can be used to enter some personal information. This is must be treated confidentially, and can therefore not be emailed.
What is the best way to create such a form?
Can I use formbuilder for such a form? I think Formbuilder can only email the form data, which makes it unsuitable for this. Is there a way to store the Formbuilder data in a database, and get the info from there (using https of course)?
Any other suggestions?

Take a look at FormBrowser:

Never used it myself though. This is the counterpart to the Form Builder, which enables users and admins to browse/edit/administer saved form data. Form Builder is required.
