Formbuilder Cataloger items

Hi,
I'm working on a new installation (CMSMS 2.2.3.1) with the modules Cataloger and Formbuilder.
Cataloger is for al the products and with Formbuilder it's possible to have a field "cataloger items". That works great!
But when a customer select one or more products I would like him to give the option of filling in (or select) a number. By that they can ask for a quotation.
I have been playing some hours, but cannot manage.
Anyone did this before?
