Content Tweetmgr

I think I'm missing some content in the Tweetmgr.
Here is a picture of the tweet on Twitter.com

When I look at this tweet via the Tweetmgr I see this :

So I thing I'm missing the part in the red area.

How can I add this part to the layout (in the template) of Tweetmgr.

The tweet is simply a URL.

The Twitter application in your first screenshot uses Twitter "cards" - turning the simple URL into a more attractive image, text, header laid out in a sensible way according to your screen size.

It's essentially knowing what special meta tags to add to the page you are tweeting.

Tweetmgr doesn't use Twitter cards, it simply displays a clickable link.

I suspect it would need a lot of changes to the module to implement this feature.

Consider also Twitter widgets which can display your tweets in a reasonably flexible format.
