CGCalendar templates did not transfer on update

Hi,

I have a few posts with my issues with updating the calendar. I appreciate all the comments. I am so close to finalizing the site update and the last piece I am having trouble with is this update.

I performed the following steps:
1. Returned to the last working back-up with the earlier version of the calendar
2. Updated the site to 2.2.2
3. Updated the calendar module

The calendar did update fine. But all my templates are missing, and not to be found in Design Manager.

I am looking for some real guidance with this as this is a live working site and the Calendar is the most heavily used module within the site.
