FrontEndUsers Install Error Message

Post by Guy »

When trying to install FrontEndUsers 1.28 I get the following error message:

FrontEndUsers Missing Dependency CGExtensions v1.46.3

I have CGExtensions v1.46.4 installed.

Any suggestions would be appreciatied.

I have 1.12 "Pohnpei" installed and the server is running PHP Version 5.4.19.

Thank you

I had the same problem this morning with CGCalendar and CGExtensions. In the afternoon it was solved.
Installing CGExtensions 1.46.4 manually does it.

Please give us more info...
I just tested an upgrade from FEU 1.26 to 1.28, and it worked perfectly
with CGExtentions 1.46.3 already installed on CMSMS 1.12.
What may have happened is that, given the current size of CGExtentions, something may have gone wrong with it's upgrade...
Try to upload CGExtentions archive via CPanel's file manager (or similar) and expand it there (I'd recommend you do the same with FEU).
Clear CMSMS' cache and see if that works.

I have expanded CGExtension and FrontEndUsers and have uploaded the files. I get this error. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

take a look in the Module manager to see if those modules need updating (marked in red)

clear the website cache
