So now I upgraded to the latest version 1.11.11 of CMS MS and 1.25.1 of the FrontEndUsers module. But unfortunately I am still not able to export/import front end users from one CMS to another, since the pictures cause trouble: When trying to import, then I simply get one red line with an error for every user I try to import:
2: Invalid value for column foto
3: Invalid value for column foto
...
Any way I can make this work?

Check to make sure the columns are correct by opening it up in something like PSPad editor not excel, I always export the sample csv to see how it should look...

Finally the export/import almost works!!!
I had to manually copy all the images from the uploads/feusers directory from the source to the target. After that it was indeed possible to export and import fusers from one CMS to the other!
