I have: PHP Version 5.4.30
CMS Made Simple™ 1.11.10 “Pinzon”
All config vars ok.
Dependency modules: installed.
I test the two latest releases of Company Directory (1.22.1 & 1.22.5), but both refresh browser, stop with white page and do not install.
Really I do not how to solve this, all works ok.

Robert Campbell upgrade his cgextensions to 1.41.2 and the install finish without problem.
