Is it possible for the News module, to copy submissions from an online form (Formbuilder) and use the submitted information as news? If someone submit some information in my online form, I want it to be put up on a page automatically via fx the news module. Can I do that, or is there another solution for this?

News used to have a frontend submission action but it has been deprecated. CGBlogs is a fork of news with some added functionality and frontend submission, without the need of formbuilder. Maybe your best option.
