Hi,
I just installed my first CMSMS 1.11.9, in a godaddy account. Its running MySQL 5.5.32-cll-lve, PHP 5.4.22.
When I go to Module Manager and try to install a module, I get
Fatal error: Class 'ADODB2_' not found in /home/<domain>/public_html/lib/adodb_lite/adodb.inc.php on line 161
In some cases, refreshing the webpage completes the install. In most cases it does not. I am specifically trying to install SimpleSlider 0.3.
All the previous posts I've seen on this issue, have not helped so far.
How can I resolve this?
Thanks

Re: Can not install modules
Looks like a unstable installation (I hate those which sometimes work).
Did you happen to do a checksum check after uploading the files (or does Godaddy offer an installer for CMSMS?)
You can do it anyway: Site Admin -> System Administration
Then download the checksum file for your version from http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/downloads/
Note that some checks may fail as you should have removed the /install folder and maybe already updated some core modules. But if you did not update those and see suspicious checksum errors it could be caused by files that corrupted during FTP upload.

Re: Can not install modules
The original installation was done by godaddy.. I uninstalled that and followed the cPanel steps to reinstall. All checksums are correct, but I still get the same error.
Re: Can not install modules
Not sure if this really helps to solve the error, but if you manually download the module .xml from the Forge and install that, does that work?

Re: Can not install modules
Check your config.php file.
There needs to be an entry that defines the 'dbms'... usually this is 'mysqli'
i.e: $config['dbms'] = 'mysqli';
