Newsletter Made Simple: error when adding new template

Hi,

I'm running NMS (2.4.3.) on CMSMS (1.11.1.) and works fine.
However, when I try to add an extra template within NMS and try to select it when creating a new newsletter, all I get is a blank page with this:

Code: Select all

[{"name":"","size":0,"type":"","error":4}]

That's it, no specific error, no nothing.

Anybody any ideas?

BTW: I know I'm not running the latests versions of CMSMS and NMS, this is for the reason my ISP doesn't support the specific usage of cron needed for sending the newsletters.

But your problem could be fixed in newer releases...

Yes, maybe. I'll talk to to the client about upgrading / moving to another ISP.

But, for now, do you have any idea what this error is? Is it database? Or really old versions of CMSMS / modules?

you really don't need cron-jobs to send a newsletter; NMS gives you a direct link to start sending a newsletter
