Formbuilder - sortable fields

Hey,

I have a small problem with my formbuilder modul. I've designed a registration form and submit the data via "Store Results for FormBrowser Module" in the database. This works like a charm.

Only there is one little glitch. I want to use the 5 sortable field columns (for statistical data), which are declareable in the configuration of the storage field. I've configured the relevant fields
in the columns, but when I submit a new entry into the database the sortable columns are empty. The rest of the entry is stored correctly.

If I reorder the sortable fields in configuration and store it, the complete database is reindexed and all columns are filled correctly. So the reindex stuff works like defined in the note: "Changing any of the above fields will trigger a reindex of *all* saved records, so it could take a while."

Please tell me if I have made a mistake with my thinking. Aren't those
fields supposed to be stored while first insertion in the database?
If I'm wrong, how could I possibly trigger a reindex of the database or the currently inserted line without doing it manually?
