CartMadeSimple - VAT doesn't calculated

Hi all,
i have installed ShopMadeSimple, CartMadeSimple and PaymentsMAdeSImple on fresh installation of CMSMS 1.9.4.2. All modules working fine, only CartMadeSimple doesn't calculating VAT. How is setup:
in ShopMS is unchecked "Prices are inclusive VAT"
in CartMS i have filled one VAT name and Value as follow: "DPH 20%" and value "20"
ShopMS - v.0.3.4, CartMS - v.0.3.7 and PaymentsMS - v. 1.4
But both on frontend and backend VAT isn't calculated, either displayed.
