ugly formatting bug in HTMLArea in firefox

In a couple html_blobs and a content item I noticed that the wysiwyg windows didnt take up all the available space in the window. If you go to code view it similarly fails to fit to size.

In the html_blobs when you reopen the item the window shrinks to fit the content. Then in code view all you have is resize bars.

This doesnt happen in IE
