Images uploaded with ImageGallery 0.3 have invalid permissions

Hi,

When I upload a new image with the ImageGallery module the files have invalid permissions. Only the owner of the file can read/write the images (0600 or rw------- in unix permissions).

While quickly scimming the ImageGallery module code I couldn't find anything, but I suspect there is something wrong since uploaded images through CMSMS itself have valid permissions.
