FormBuilder without refresh page

Hello, maybe you can help me, with formbuilder module. I have form in popup windows, and when user click "send" button, page refresh and user dont see email will send or not. Imposable make send button without refresh site?

Example on www.parduodamas.tk when click chat button on right down screen.
