The slider is using Slick with CGSmartImage automatically sizing the images, and the videos are loaded into a Foundation modal via ajax once the play button is clicked. This saves a lot of loading time as there's over 30 videos. It's all put together in a LISE instance that makes it easy for the client to add video ID's, replace images, etc.

How can integrate LISE in CMS? I can't see it anywhere and I don't know if I have to activate or download it...

Look in Module Manager, under "L". It's a third-party module, not included as part of the core or maintained by the Dev Team.
