We've been working on this one for quite a while but finally got it launched this weekend.
It's a site telling the history of a radical bookshop and community project in Hackney, London.
The site presents the stories of people who worked or were inspired by the project and makes extensive use of maps, illustrations and audio.
We used CGSmartImage to manage most of the photographs and images.
We created bespoke modules to allow the client to upload information about the routes and people and publications.
The data from those modules was then exported for use in native Android and Apple apps we built for the project that allow the user to listen to the audio whilst following walks around the relevant areas of London.
It was alot of work but we're very pleased with how it's ended up looking.
Once again being able to easily develop modules for a CMS that the clients can actually use has proved invaluable - so thanks to all the developers and everyone involved in the CMSMS community.
oh - and just a quick edit to say thanks to maps.stamen.com for their great map tiles as well.
Post links to sites running CMS in all its glory.
