This site was a rewrite of a Drupal 5 site.
I am not a professional, and not a designer, so the overall look was kept similar.
You can see it (and I welcome helpful comments) at

It will be going live as http://www.adhdsolutions.org later in July 2016.
Modules used are CGCalendar, CGGoogleMaps2, FrontEndUsers, TinyMCE and FormBuilder.
Thanks to all the developers of the core software and the modules.
