Site for Edinburgh Charity

Post by cowtan »

Hi Folks - This site for a charity in Edinburgh has just gone live -

http://www.theengineshed.org/

It uses cmsms 1.11.10 and the standard modules apart from a little one I wrote myself to display quotes at random on pages and allow the client to add/edit/remove the quotes.

cheers,
Gordon

Great job, colourful, clear, well laid out and responsive too. Looks like a very worthy place, I love enterprises like that.

Did you consider this for the quotes:
http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/quotesms2
Stores and displays quotes at random. Works fine on a site running 1.11.7.

There is a glitch with the footer on Chrome, only part shows when you scroll to the bottom, see attached.

Nice.

Confirm Chrome footer issue.

Maybe I'm missing something; First watched this site on mobile device now on desktop I see there are sub menus. Aren't those available on mobile devices?

Many thanks for the info about the Chrome issue. I wasn't aware of the quotes module - bit late for this project but good to know for the future.

Actually, just checked on my HTC (Android phone) - nav hidden (white on white) in portrait mode and mostly hidden in landscape mode. See screenshots.
