How to control e-mail layout after visitor sends form

With the latest version of CMSMS, how does one control the e-mail layout of a sent form? I'm having trouble finding the page that lays out the html and variables in use...(one being a checkbox group I created).

You'll have to be specific about the module you are using.

I'm so sorry, I'm so use to using all the time that I didn't address it. It's the latest version of formbuilder with the latest version of cmsms.

In formbuilder, when editing the email dispositions, you can specify if the output is HTML or plain text, and you can create/modify the template used to display the output.
I think there's a templates tab or something when editing an email disposition.
