CTLModulemaker category template

I use the last version of CTLModule Maker 1.8.9.3 with CMSmsMLE 1.8.2
and i read a lot in this forum. For sure, i need some more smarty understanding, but for the moment, if you can help, it would be appreciate!
I have built a 2 level catalog :
Level 1 = Collections
Level 2 = Morceaux
I try to have a page in that will automatically display all Collections with only the numbers of items that will link to the specific Collections page with all items.
I start using this code {cms_module module="mescollections" action="sitemap" what="collections"} that gave me mostly what i need.
