Can anyone give me a detailed list of what files need to be translated for a new lang. pack for cmsms-mle-1.2?

I am in need of making a Romanian lang set and I need to know which files need to be translated so that the whole site is in Romanian also.

CMSMS MLE is a little modify version of CMSMS.
It's use the lang files of CMSMS.
In CMSMS lang files are in:
1. admin/lang/ext/
2. modules/MODULE/lang/ext/

I see ro_RO lang files for admin but are missing (for example) in News and Search modules.
