Database problems

Everything on my site worked flawlessly. But yesterday there were problems with the database, the backup remained old, and new data was lost. Do I have a chance to recover this data?

If it's gone from the database and there's no recent backup, there's not much chance to recover it. If your host has additional backup methods they may be able to help. If it's database corruption rather than complete removal of tables then there's a chance someone skilled with databases could recover some of it.

I do try to do a full site backup every month or i am doing any updates.
