Centos 7 local webserver tune up

Hi, i'm looking for some help tuning my local server. I'm trying to mirror my cloud webserver locally for development purposes. I'm new to linux and got into trouble when tried to deliver different php versions for different websites.
I'm able to serve php5.5, php5.6 and php 7.2 however i'm still getting some 500 errors and the logs are not saying much.
