Need UDT to attach PDF to receipt copy of FB form email.

In Formbuilder I'm using an 'Email "From Address" Field, and send copy' disposition.

The email is set to always send a copy to the person filling in the form.

I need to send a PDF attached to this email.
I think a UDT is probably the best solution to this.

Can anyone give me quote to do this?
