[Solved] News module display option modification

Required is modification of News module to show all the category items - both their summary and detail - on a single page.
We publish http://www.piets.com.au. For you to examine the site, we have made a user ACoder with password Acoder.
Please go to http://www.piets.com.au/ius/index.php?p ... n-act-1999.
The first task is to be able to present all the annotations in full in their order and separated by their each section link on a long single page.
Our budget for this work is about $US150.
