Upgrading to responsive theme

I am currently running a simple web site under CMSMS 1.6.9 and need someone to convert to a responsive theme. Thanks.

first update your cmsms and all of your modules. Your version (2010) is way too old and has a lot of security issues and vulnerabilities.
