Need simple purchase system

Hey, I need a professional PHP developer to help me modify some module functionality.

I have a site in development where people can sign up to be listed as available for work (using Front End Users module and CGUserDirectory). Additionally, they can upload documents like CVs (that’s done with the Uploads module).

The goal is that potential employers can purchase these people’s documents for a small amount of money.

Since my client is not (yet) equipped with an endless amount of money we’ve agreed to make it a bit simpler and rather than a full-blown e-commerce system just make it so that when potential employers want to purchase documents by one or more of the people listed, they receive an e-mail with payment instructions, and upon confirmation of payment the admin sends another e-mail with a download link.

So, this is how I imagine the workflow:
  1. visitor sees list of people and can select one or more by checking a checkbox next to each entry
  2. visitor clicks “purchase” button at the bottom of the list
  3. another page opens, containing a form to fill in the address details of visitor (important for invoicing)
  4. upon clicking the submit button of this form the visitor gets an e-mail with payment information and the admin gets an e-mail notifying that someone purchased, including the address details the visitor provided
  5. after confirmation of payment admin sends an e-mail to visitor containing a download link to the files
I was told (and I agree with this thought) that the purchasing process could be done with FormBuilder but if you have a better idea then feel free to suggest it.

One challenge here is to make it easy for the admin to select files from the Uploads module to generate a download link for.

There are other smaller tasks to do which would probably be tl;dr here so we can discuss those separately.
The timeframe is tight so I need someone rather sooner than later.
If you need more information (such as the site in development to actually see what’s going on) and/or to discuss the project details (e. g. financial things) please contact me directly at vipstephan -at- gmail.com
